QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license.
  2. Bilingual preferred.
  3. Always punctual.
  4. Demonstrated safe driving record.
  5. Demonstrated ability to perform custodial and special duties as assigned.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lift 35-60 pounds.
  7. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid First Aid Card.
  8. Must be able to read and write the English language and be able to follow basic oral and written directions.
  9. Must have high expectations and standards of job performance.
  10. Must be able to work well with adults and children.
  11. Ability to work independently with a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail.
  12. Must be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to work independently with a high degree of efficiency and attention to details.
  13. Routine cleaning duties will include emptying trash, mopping and disinfecting floors, cleaning and disinfecting sinks, mirrors and toilet bowls, urinals and pipes.
  14. Ability to make sure that toilets, urinals, faucets and drains are working properly.
  15. Ability to replace hand soap, paper towels and tissue supplies as needed.
  16. Ability to clean doors, partitions, walls, ceilings and replace lights as needed.
  17. Ability to vacuum all carpeted areas, empty pencil sharpeners and dust all ledges and other surfaces.
  18. Ability to clean, setup and put away tables after meals.
  19. Ability to participate in site-based decision making process.
  20. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may find appropriate and acceptable.
  21. Other duties as assigned.
